As part of our service, Siatex offers an optional
design facility. Our highly experienced team is able to meet any and all design
requirements, from concept to design development to technical specs and patterns
to product development. We can design all categories of apparel, from basic to
more sophisticated pieces. We can also design and develop label packages and

Development
and Production
Siatex takes the lead in providing the latest fabrics
trends and innovations from mills across the Far East. We are committed to human
rights and compliant sourcing as all of our manufacturing facilities are
ISO90002 accredited, and approved by independent auditors (SGS, ITS, CSCC, etc),
or by the client?s own sourcing teams. We manage timely production samples to
maintain key delivery dates. All samples are checked carefully, labeleled and
commented upon before being dispatched by our merchandising team. We are able to
develop and produce small production runs when needed while maintaining
competitive pricing.
Shipping and Q. C.
Siatex offers
inspection services at every step of production. Our staff conducts
preproduction meeting to review the product prior to any inspection to
familiarize themselves with the product and customers standards. Daily in-line
inspections are carried out by our own QC staff and as well as the final
inspection using AQL standards. All bulk fabrics are tested using either ITS or
SGS testing in accordance with our clients standards. All shipping and export
documentation is promptly handled and issued by our in house shipping department
allowing for the timely clearance of goods when they reach their final
destination.
