How to use RFQ Cart

- Add to RFQ Cart: After selecting your desired items, add them to your RFQ (Request for Quotation) Cart. This cart serves as a temporary holding place for the products you wish to inquire about. You can continue browsing and adding more items if needed.
- Provide Contact Information: To proceed with the RFQ, we require your contact information. Fill out the provided form with your name, company name (if applicable), email address, and phone number. Providing accurate contact information ensures that we can get in touch with you promptly regarding your inquiry.
- Add Quantity and Customization Requirements: Specify the quantity of each item you require in the RFQ Cart. Additionally, if you have any customization requirements, such as specific colors, sizes, or branding options, please include them in the provided fields. This helps us understand your unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Review Enquiry Details: Before placing the RFQ, take a moment to review the details you have provided. Ensure that the selected items, quantities, and customization requirements accurately reflect your needs. Double-check your contact information to avoid any communication issues.
- Place Enquiry: Once you are satisfied with the information provided, click the “Place Enquiry” or “Submit” button to send your RFQ to SiATEX Bangladesh. This action notifies our team that you are interested in the selected items and would like to receive a quotation.
- Wait for Our Reply (in English): After submitting your RFQ, please allow us some time to review your request. We will carefully assess your requirements and provide a detailed quotation that includes pricing, delivery timelines, and any additional information you may need. Our reply will be communicated in English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
