Step 2: Discuss Your Requirements
Once we have received your inquiry, we will work with you to understand your requirements and create a customized solution for you. This includes selecting the fabrics, designing the clothing, and determining the quantity you need.
Step 3: Confirm Your Order
Once all details are finalized, we will send you a detailed quote and a contract for your review. Once you agree to the terms, we will ask you to sign the contract and send it back to us.
Step 4: Make the Payment
Once we have received your signed contract, we will ask you to make a deposit payment. This is usually 50% of the total order cost. You can make the payment through wire transfer, PayPal (credit card) or letter of credit.
Step 5: Approve the pre-production sample
Before starting production, we will create a pre-production sample for your approval. This will allow you to see and feel the finished product before we start manufacturing in bulk. Once you approve the sample, we will begin production.
Step 6: Production and Quality Control
During production, we will perform quality control checks to ensure that the garments meet our high standards. We will also keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Step 7: Pay Balance
Once production is complete, we will send you photos of the finished products and ask you to pay the balance of the order. This includes any additional costs such as shipping and handling fees.
Step 8: Shipping and Delivery
Finally, we will pack and ship your order. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition.
